Porte-Puymorens is a small mountain village and ski resort in the French Pyrenees located close to the main route into Andorra. It offers 40km of pistes served by 4 chairlifts and 6 drag lifts.

There is a motorhome Aire in the village (42.547333° 1.833917°) provided by campingcarpark with 31 spaces – for around 10euro per night you get parking and all services including electricity, water & WiFi. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Aire to the main ski lift out of the village, or there is a shuttle bus that runs in the winter to take you from the entrance to the Aire to the slopes every day at 9:45am.

There isn’t a huge amount to do in the Village, so it’s probably not the place for you if you are into the whole Apres-ski party scene!, and shops are limited to a small Epicerie and a 24-hour baguette dispenser so it’s probably best to arrive stocked with supplies. There is however a small bar & snack place opposite the Aire serving wood-fired pizza, roast chicken, frites etc.
